岗位职责

  • 利用 Kotlin 将设计和原型转化为高质量的 Android 应用程序

  • 编写可重复使用、可测试的代码

  • 集成 API 与微服务功能

  • 优化代码，实现不同类型、具有一定规模（数千万用户）的设备性能最大化

  • 排除运行问题，并为后端和运维团队的可扩展性和性能相关工作提供支持

  • 参与应用程序全生命周期，包括软件架构和 API 设计

  • 提供 Wiredcraft 相关内外部软件工程最佳实践的指导和培训

岗位要求

  • 具有 2 年以上 Android SDK 和 Kotlin 相关工作经验

  • 熟知 Android SDK 和 Kotlin、不同 Android 版本，以及如何应对不同屏幕尺寸等问题

  • 了解开源 Android 生态系统，以及可用于处理常见任务的软件库

  • 了解 Google 的 Android 设计原则与界面指南

  • 具有自动化测试经验

  • 具有 Git 和 GitHub 使用经验

  • 熟悉 RESTful API

  • 具有较强的沟通能力

  • 具备流利或商务会话水平的中英双语能力

加分项：

  • 具有敏捷开发方法使用经验，例如 SCRUM

  • 能够理解业务需求并将其转化为技术需求

  • 具有离线存储、线程和性能优化相关工作经验

  • 具有基准测试和优化经验

  • 熟悉云消息 API 和推送通知

  • 积极参与并推动开源项目

  • 具有公开演讲经验
