Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

Job description

  • Lead the elevation to enhance the experience and service of the O2O journey.
  • Maintain regular communication with Tech teams, continuously gathering feedback from store athletes and internal teammates to optimize the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable store athletes, teammates, and partners to fully leverage the NXP tool, providing consumers with various experiences and a seamless journey.
  • Utilize platform data and member data to create weekly and monthly reports, supporting teams and leaders in making informed decisions and strategies.
  • Support lead for the implementation of Scale strategy from GEO CDM and work with Marketplace team to scale to physical doors.
  • Support lead to create the playbook of Experience Scale and populate to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop toolkits, create training processes and materials, and leverage digital capabilities to activate experience at scale in an agile and collaborated way.
  • Plan and consolidate the monthly store experience calendar. Update weekly scorecard and keep tracking store community improvement and execution excellence.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree. Master degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with a multinational company
  • Digital native with a good understanding of the local digital ecosystem in China
  • Communication Skill: fluent English speaking & writing.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
