Technical Project Managers at Wiredcraft work at the intersection of digital teams, both on our side and with our clients’. They help create plans to ship digital products to millions of users, and are responsible for managing and coordinating resources needed to successfully meet project goals.

You’ll be supporting talented teams of engineers, designers and strategists in building mission-critical digital experiences at scale for some of the best brands in the world.

  2. Tie in technology with customer experiences by having a wide understanding of technology and leveraging the experts on your teams
  3. Excellent communication and clear ownership to lead the team in the same direction

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate good quality product delivery
  • Manage project scope, timeline and resources
  • Coordinate teams of digital experts (engineers, designers, strategists) to design and ship digital solutions
  • Manage the relationship between our team and the client
  • Communicate and report to stakeholders on progress
  • Actively resolve issues, identify risks and escalate as needed
  • Manage client expectations, build rapport and support business activities (upselling, negotiations, estimates…)
  • Contribute to process improvement and team knowledge building
  • Validate technical strategy and lead cross-team discussions

Job requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Great communicator and able to empathize with both our colleagues and our clients
  • Effective Stakeholder management skills. Involves frequent interaction with peer and functional peer groups at various management levels.
  • Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously ‘pivot’ to arrive at the highest impact answer for the client
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Comfortable with web, mobile and backend technologies
  • Track record of successfully managing digital projects (web & mobile)
  • Trackable experience leading tech teams
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (scrum, kanban)
  • Proficient with drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, creating / ‘grooming’ product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Go-getter attitude and willing to take ownership of deliveries
  • Eager to learn and not afraid to make an effort to improve in areas where you lack previous experience
  • Comfortable with technical documents (sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams, API specs, etc.) and tools (Postman, Sentry, Sumo Logic, etc.)

Bonus points
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce
  • Expertise in backend services
