Tmall Membership Operation Manager

Job description

  • In collaboration with the line manager, support to establish short-term and long-range goals to achieve membership vision and mission on Tmall platform
  • Work with line manager and key membership counterparts to develop and deliver and execute successful recruitment and retention game plan for Tmall membership, including identifying audiences, by tiering key member benefits enablement and success measurements
  • Responsible for daily execution of Tmall membership operations, including timely delivery of member programs/benefits/activations cross 3 Tmall stores under line manager’s guidance, following membership strategy on the key business directions and requirements
  • Support Tmall member related new initiatives or services launches and/or implement enhancement as project key members to unleash membership opportunities on Tmall; Strong collaboration with digital studio, engineering, member marketing, creative, performance marketing, etc.
  • Follow up and maintain close working relationship with our counterparties in Alibaba Group for detailed projects implementation
  • Develop weekly/monthly/seasonal membership reports and data analysis under line manager’s guidance

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, technology or a relate filed
  • 3-5 years professional experience with proven track performance in CRM or ecommerce business management areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business opportunities
  • Excellent understanding of Tmall ecosystem, experience working with Alibaba and other local ecommerce companies is a must
  • Strong logical and structural thinking, down-to-earth spirits
  • Result oriented , enthusiastic and self-motivated
